HUNG will be performing LIVE with our good friends, IKILLYA and The Judas Syndrome on July 16th 2011! This particular venue is known for “taking a walk on the wild side” and HUNG is proud to help them further their reach and experience some real New York City METAL.
“I’m really fucking excited about this show. Not only do we get to play a venue with amazing sound and lighting, but we get to share the stage with all ‘friend bands.’ HUNG shares a studio with IKILLYA and The Judas Syndrome and we’re personal friends with Belladonna. When Everything Fails is coming from out of town and I’m looking forward to what they will bring to our New York City audience.
Most importantly, I see this show as progress… progress for the expansion of the metal scene in New York, adding a prime venue to the ever evolving list of places to perform heavy music in the area. It’s a testament to the efforts all heavy bands here in the city put forth and I am honored to be able to share the stage on July 16th with some of the hardest working ones.

After nearly a year, HUNG returns to one of the dirtiest, nastiest, smelliest places you ever want to perform or see a show at in all of Brooklyn New York: The Trash Bar. Complete with free tater tots all night and free alcohol from 8-9pm, this place is the only dive with a stage you really need to know about in Brooklyn. Coming off of our awesome New England Metal And Hardcore Festival appearance, we’re excited to play New Hyde Park, NY with the one and only, MISERY! Not only do we get to play with this particularly brutal band, but we’re also looking forward to FINALLY getting to perform on Power of Music’s, “Loud for Life” event.
HUNG and MISERY will be sharing the stage with Gothic Knights, Born of Scars, Biting Saints, Three West and BOT. The event will be taking place at the Dublin Pub located at 2002 Jericho Turnpike in New Hyde Park, NY. Doors will be at 7:15pm.
